Please consider this an invitation to the second annual Quince Party! Last year was a great success, where we processed about 80 pounds of freshly picked fruit into quince jam and sauce. The goal this year is to make Membrillo, a Spanish dessert paste Membrillo takes a bit longer than jam or sauce, but is oh so delicious. You're welcome to take fresh quince home and do whatever you like with is as well.

Where: Seeds of Harmony Community Garden (next to Fruits of Diversity Community Orchard)

What to bring: Canning jars if you have them, bags if you wish to take home left over fruit

Who: Anyone connected to Village Gardens, Portland Fruit Tree Project, or Fruits of Diversity
